  The waves are high and good, the seagulls aren't as annoying, and the sand is soft, water is warm, and sun is aesthetic. This is a good beach to go on a date, go with family, or hang with friends. I'm not too sure about the beach rules, but parking usually isn't that hard, either. The winds can be a lil high and chilly, but as is with oceans and beaches.
